  9. Subscription Renewal & Termination
    Subscriptions or course access may automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

    Outstanding fees, if any, remain payable.

    Our communication through WhatsApp and RCS adheres to Meta and Google’s verified business communication frameworks. By engaging through these channels, you consent to receive messages such as updates, reminders, and transactional alerts.
    You agree not to misuse these platforms and acknowledge that:
    Message delivery is subject to Meta and telecom operator policies.
    Certain content types may be restricted or blocked under compliance protocols.
    Opt-out instructions will always be provided for promotional or non-essential messages.
  11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
    We strive to ensure high message deliverability while adhering to legal and telecom standards. However, message delays or failures may occur due to factors beyond our control, including network issues or third-party restrictions.
    Royal Academy Of Diploma Engg shall not be liable for such failures but will take reasonable steps to maintain compliance and reliability.
